These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of redstart.online and the website design, hosting, and related services provided by RedStart (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By submitting a contact form, signing up for a plan, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
RedStart provides template-based professional websites, managed hosting, SSL, backups, and limited content updates according to the plan you select (Starter or Standard). Additional work (custom features, extra pages, domain management, etc.) is scoped and quoted separately.
You are responsible for providing accurate content (text, images, logos, hours, etc.) in a timely manner. You represent that you have the rights to all materials you supply and that they do not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that is illegal, harmful, or that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.
Upon full payment of applicable fees, you own the final website content and design as delivered for your business. We retain the right to use anonymized or generalized examples of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Support requests are typically answered within one business day.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedStart’s total liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination or non-payment after the grace period, we may remove or park the website. We are not obligated to provide source files or ongoing hosting after the account ends unless otherwise agreed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
